There Are Many Prisons That Have           Workout Facilities  

In most all prisons have workout facilities and areas where you can keep in shape.

I know for most all people incarcerated, they'd probably go insane if they didn't have this. Your average county jails probably won't have any workout stations. In those situations you'll probably have to make do.

Working out is a good pass time and it's also good for looking good for the woman on visitation day.

I always enjoyed a lot of super sets, that's where you do a series of workouts back to back. This is a good test of endurance and testing yourself and seeing how far you can push yourself.

Most Institutions Will Have Recreation Areas Such as This One

There are many different ways for recreational and pass time. A lot of guys would play cards and play dominoes.

Playing pool was something that I would like to do. I also enjoyed playing dominoes and drinking my coffee while I played.

Spades is a big one to but that's usually luck of the draw.

Most institutions have rec rooms such as this one in the above picture.

This picture was took at the Bell County Forestry Camp. I done some of my time there but this rec area was built after I was there.

Most of the prisons will have spade, pool, and dominoe tournaments, especially around the holidays. Winnings are up to the corrections staff that held the tournaments with approval of their supperiors. Usually that consisted of inmate canteen.

I will be posting more pictures of these games and the way they are played on this page soon.

There was also games such as hearts and a game called casino which both are pretty fun.

I will be posting any input from you guys on any type of rec and games that was played while doing time.
